After the liquidation action was completed the the asylum ceased to exist.

Operations in Riga
In Riga, 223 searches and checks were carried out through the period under review. In the prisons among them 3,569 Communists, 172 Jews, and 116 persons, against whom various charges are pending. The prison is being continually cleared.
Operation in the Town of Dorpat
Since the occupation of the town by German troops, approximately 1,200 cases of arrest were dealt with up to the present. Most of these concern people arrested for Communist activities. 504 individuals were set free after the conclusion of the investigation and registration. 150 persons were released as there was obviously no reason to detain them. 291 prisoners were taken to the detention camp setup and supervised by the Dorpat Military Headquarters. The total number of persons executed in Dorpat is 405, 50 of them Jews.
There are no longer any Jews in the prison.
The Vorkommando 4b, which was previously stationed in Koryukov, has since moved to Kremenchug. Work in Kremenchug which was heavily damaged by actions, was restarted at once. Headquarters will move into the town on completion of the bridge over the river now under construction.
The Einsatzgruppe, too will also change locations, presumable to Poltava.
Measures in the sphere of the SD
On September 6, 1941 Kommando 4a carried out an action against the Jews in Radomyshl. There, Jews from all over the district had been gathered. This led to an overcrowding of Jewish homes with on the average of 15 persons per room. Hygienic conditions became intolerable. Every day several Jewish corpses had to be removed from the houses.
It was impossible to supply food to the Jews as well as the children and subsequently where was an ever-increasing danger of epidemics. To put an end to these conditions, 1,107 Jewish adults were shot by Kommand 4a, and 561 juveniles by the Ukrainian militia. By September 6, 1941 Sonderkommando 4a has liquidated a total of 11,328 Jews.
Between August 23, and September 5, 1941, Vorkommando 4b carried out a total of 519 executions by shooting, among these 56 officials and agents of the NKVD, 28 saboteurs and looters, and 435 Jews.
Between August 24 and August 30, 1941, Einsatzkommand 5 carried out 157 executions; comprised of Jews, Officials and saboteurs.
On Sept. 1, and 2, 1941, leaflets and inflammatory pamphlets were distributed by Jews in Berdichev. As the perpetrators could not be found, 1,303 Jews, among them 875 Jewesses over 12 years, were executed by a unit of the Higher SS and Police Leaders.
Owing to the halt of military operations, the Kommandos were restricted to their locations for longer periods than before. The time thus gained could be used for an intensification of work in the area. This partially very successful work was rendered possible by the creation of an excellent network of confidential informers. In the first place were ethnic Germans and reliable Ukrainians, were selected for these jobs.
It is with a view to the later period that an efficient communications network in the whole country is if particular importance. For this reason, it is intended to set up message centers all over the country which will be in charge of particularly reliable informants. These informants, then, will maintain communications with the others and collect the incoming messages.
At longer or shorter intervals, these message centers will be visited by the Kommandos or by command headquarters to receive the accumulated intelligence. This will make it possible to keep watch over vast areas and provide early warning systems of any potential danger.
We expect that political alignment will also be achieved through the use of these message centers. Until the HQ has been stationed these conversations will be handled by the group itself.
Russian administration in Bessarabia
The Jews are concentrated in camps in the district of Tighina and are used for all kinds of work. Part of them expect to be shot. In general, a strong anti-Jewish stance can be observed among the Rumanian population.
